Hi,

I'm a bit Surprised and worried of getting the below reply after continuous follow-ups and raising complaints in EPF Forum. Raising my concern in Forum means - "I decided to withdraw My PF Contribution along with interest".

Kindly consider this as my final Confirmation and Submit my PF Withdrawal Application along with Form15G to EPF.

I never expected reply from you as - "your closure form is pending for submission with EPFO."
Still requesting you to submit My Application at the earliest ( as it is already delayed by 8 months ) and revert with needful reply (by submitting My Application).

Appreciate your quick reply in couple of days.

Dear Associate,

In furtherance to the closure of Employee Provident Fund (“EPF”) and Employee Pension Scheme (“EPS”) submission received from you, we wish to keep you informed, that due to voluminous request received we were processing the forms with EPFO on FIFO basis. In this context, your closure form is pending for submission with EPFO.

Further, we bring to your notice on the recent amendment to Employees' Provident Funds Scheme, 1952. It states “Employee is eligible to withdraw only member share of contribution towards Employee Provident Fund along with the accumulated interest.” Herewith we have attached the circular for your reference.

Please note, the accumulations under employer share of contribution towards Employee Provident Fund and Employee Pension Scheme and Interest accrued thereon (after closure) will be paid to you on completing 58 years of age.

In reference to the above amendment, we wish to hear from you on your decision. Kindly respond to this email before 18th March 2016, In case if you wish to initiate transfer, your current employer will take care of the formalities. You should know your PF a/c number by referring pay slips and the PF office address of Cognizant i.e
