[Resolved]  BSNL,KERALA,ERNAKULAM-WLL LAND LINE — NON RECEIPT OF INITIAL BILL

Dear Sir,

My residence phone No.2423545 (Consumer No.4074605) Bill No.60185153 for the month of August, 2009. I have a broadband connection under COMBO 500 Plan effective 3.8.2009, As per my understanding, COMBO 500 plan includes fixed charge for the telephone. Also, the chargeable calls are under One India plan. Howver, in the said bill, I have been charged rental of Rs.180/- and also charges @ Rs.1.20 for 500 calls beyond 367 calls.

Kindly clarify the above.

I am a subscriber of BSNL Land line[protected]: Anchal Exchange in Kollam Dist.).My phone is not working since last 18 days. I have complained many times in the exchange, JTO and Kollam Main exchange.They said that some under ground cable fault occurred.But they didn't take any measures for that.And they r agreeing to do it today, tommorrow still they didnt.At my home, age old father and mother only, and father is a heart patient so they cant run behind them.
I had send an email to Complaint cell, and I got a reply 4 days before that they will do it immediately still nothing did.
So i humbly request you to take necessary action.

I am working in Dubai Nokia Care, My house in kerala, Thiruvanathapuram dist, In my house My father and my mother alone only.both are above age 75 and also sick.They can, t go out side without one person help.My complaint is our Land phone is not working last one month.this is the major issue for me, Only contacting to my father and mother from uae to my native place kerala is through BSNL land phone .My mother complaint to BSNL Vamanapuram BSNL EXCHANGE, Thiruvanathapuram, kerala.But no response from their side.Please consider my complaint and I need Your Help for this issue.Because you Know miss my Father and mother .Please help me.Please do the need ful as soon as possible, my telephone no is mentioned below.

I am a subscriber of BSNL Land line at Kakanad, Ernakulam . My phone[protected] is not working since last 10 days. I am working in Dubai, In my house at Kakanad, My Wife and childrens alone at there. Only the way to contacting my family from Dubai through BSNL land phone .10 days back my wife complainted and daily reminded to BSNL, Kakanad . But no response from their side. Please consider my complaint and take immediate action at the earliest.

I am one of the applicant of BSNL Land line under Cherai Exchange limit.My application Unique ID Number :KERENK[protected].I have already remit the amount asper the demand note no :86065 Rs500/-. dated 01/03/10.Now more than one and half month.When i approch the exchnge they finish cable work only, now again two weeks finish.
So i humbly request you to take necessary steps to provide me the new connection.

My land line (no:[protected], Vennala exchange) . I have given an application for the shifting of telephone connection.on 06 Apr 2010 at Catholic centre, Kochi. But now the 8 days passed .Their will be no response from their x-changed side. Many time I personally informed about this . Vennala X-change SDE telling that shortage of technician or lot of complain due to atmospheric . Shifting this telephone is not far from the destination . it is almost 1 Km. This phone is imporant because it is a firm. So as you know that many people will communicate on this land line phone. So Kindly please do the needful thinks so that i can go ahead with this firm smoothly.
