[Resolved]  HTC Mobile Phone — service problem

Im using HTC Touch Mobile. Mobile name actually touch but if i touch anything on the screen nothing will happen. Problem in touch. Wat to do? Any idea ?

Dear Sir,
I have bought a HTC p3400i in the month of Nov 2008. The problem i am facing with this phone is when this phone goes in the power saving mode i am unable to recieve any call from the caller if though continuos ring goes to the caller. once i bring back from the power saving mode the mobile starts ringing. so, i request you to please give me a solution and service center of HTC in Delhi.

HTC Touch Diamond — Misleading information and Product details regarding HTC diamond

Dear HTC service Team,
I bought your Product by going through the manual updated on your Website. It was a sheer dissappointment to me when actually using the product i found out that the product does not support 3G, and it is merely a 2G phone with only EDGE facilty, whereas your product documnetation clearly states that it is 3G enabled. Going further with the product documentation, it also stated how to use a front camera for Video call, but unfortunately i did not find that either in the product. Though it is shown in the block diagram in the manual.

I feel i have been cheated with misleading information being posted on your manual. I have been using 3G enabled phone from the past, as i frequently travel on onsite deputation. Going by your product details i bought your phone for hefty 25K+, but it has made me more of handicapped, rather than Tech savvy.
MOreover it is supported with a pathetic battery backup, which do not last more than 90 minutes when on a call or on any Web enabled application.

Kindly let me know what resolution do you provide for this sort of issues, which add to the misery of your customers.

i too faced a similar problem and had to keep commuting to the authorized service center for nearly 8 months. but no improvement was visible to me. they told me they would bring in a new piece for me and provided with a refurbished piece. i didn't want to waste more time and accepted it with lots of pain. i was cursing those people like hell.
however, i had been given a 1 year warranty on that piece.

I am Anoop Sambherao. I have bought HTC touch mobile 1 month ago. I have BPL simcard which has not been working with my PocketPC (HTC Touch) from the last 2/3 days. No incoming and outgoing calls are possible, even if it shows full network range. I tried that Simcard on another cellphones, it operates successfully on those several times but not with my HTC touch even at once. Suggest me what is to be done, this is a critical problem.

HTC P3600i — Ringer Faulty

With lot of difficulty I found out a service center ICONET Cellular, No. 44 Spur tank Road Chennai, and they claimed that they are the authorized service people for HTC and took note of my HTC P3600i phone for a complaint of no sound on Phone Ringer. I have wasted three weeks and today Mr. Alagappan Manager service told me when called that he could not get a replacement ringer for my phone.!!!
I willl make sincere efforts to all my mail contacts not to go in for any model of HTC phones because of this kind of poor service.
I even got a substandard reply from the company that this model is not available in India in spite of me furnishing the details like serial No of the phone. I Purchased this phone from Singapore... why is there any notification by the company that phones purchased in Singapore cannot be used in India??
I have spent such a huge sum of money thinking that it is a good phone and there is not even a scratch on my phone even after a year of fontinuous use. No one should get this kind of a bad experience...

HTC Touch VIVA — Pathetic customer service

Hi,

I purchased HTC Touch Viva from Marathalli, Sangeetha mobile outlet. I was asked to come next day to collect screen guard and pouch. The executive clearly mentioned that i needn't to pay anything for screen guard. Next day, when i asked for screen guard, the excecutive started talking roughly and threatened to throw out of the store. Do we expect such pathetic service in this era when the retailer struggling to build a loyal cutomer base through good customer service??

HTC Pro - Smartphone — FAILURE TO GPRS

The above said product was purchase from a retail counter in Chennai called Vasavi, this was done under te guiudance of the retailer.

From the day one the handphone had a complaint of restarting on the receipt of a vpoice call. Gave the phone to the retailer and tried to rectify, in vain he changed a new handset and given it to me.

The new handset had the same issue. I then contacted HTC custom care ; who in turn gave me a number to track, which is of no news. they were not able to find the fault.

I invistigated myself and found that when GPRS is connected in my smartphobe the instrument is getting restared.

Have handed over the phone on 4th march . till now no news, today they are asking to complaint by writing a mail to [protected]@htc.com.

This is rediculous, by the mean time they needed to change my mobile.
