Airtel — service deactivate since last week

my number is [protected] and service not providing by airtel
i am going to large compalin consumer forum because i complain so many times but no response till date so that i am really fed up with this telecommunication company. AIRTEL
If possible try to solve my problem as soon as pos.sible .

Airtel/SIM — text based service

i had taken a number [protected] of airtel maharashtra and i live in pune. I have problem with text based message service ...I donno how it got activated but when i requested the customer care people they have no clue whats happening(they directed me in different ways - no idea worked out).hackers must have intruded in to your territory...and i am paying for that???????
i would like to know why u plp r deducting rs 10/- daily in the name of text based message service????

But it has automatically activated.
I am trying to deactivate.
Had called customer care also.
They are not helping, and not able to unsbscribe the text base services.
Please help to deactivate the DAILY SUB SUBSCIPTION SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.
Every DAY RS 01 is been deducted for the stupid DAILY SUB SUBSCIPTION SERVICE.
Please do it on urgent basis as soon as possible.

I am possessing a Airtel sim card having no.[protected]. Despite of having balance of Rs 300, and validity upto July 7th my services have been stopped without any prior information for last one week. The worst part of the story is when I contacted the customer servicde center of Airtel they informed me that they don't have the database of my cell no. It is really astonishing to know how the information of the sim card can be deIeted from the database within validity period itself. I also wish to know who is responsible for this and I won't mind even discontinuing this number however my balance amount must be refunded to me. Even to know that which person or what consequences led to deactivate my sim card shall I file an application under Right to information act(RTI). I hope my problem is adressed in this forum.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Airtel charges me randomly for FHM model of the day

I had never subscribed for airtel's this servic "FHM model of the day". When I called customer care they didn't hear it. Now I had tried it to discontinue many times. But this service is charging me again & again.

I have lost many times my money in this. Its happening since last one month. Please Discontinue this service.

Secondly there is a another problem with service. Usually there a message comes "Thanks for using(Fusion Lounge, JavaGame) Subscription service on airtel wap. You have been charged rs 15 Enjoy http://iqmobi.com

I had never subscribed for both above services. Please Discontinue both services. I don't want them again.

I am getting charged again & again Rs 5 ... Yesterday charged me 5 rs for the same thing..

Issue is still ... Please Deactive all FHM related services on my mobile connection. I don't want them.. I hate this service.

If Airtel fails in stopping unnecessarily charging me I will Disconnect this mobile no. & service of this company forever. I have been using airtel' s service since last 2-3 years. But it Giving me trouble since last 1 month by charging again & again without subscribing for any service.

Same is happening to me. They are charging me Rs 5 everyday for fhmvod as well as FHMModelOfDay. If I complaint to there customer care they disable it and sometimes I get back my Rs 5.
But on the next day it get activated on its own. This problem does'nt happen when my balance is below Rs 5. If your problem has been solved then please reply.

Airtel — Unsubscription of text based services........HELP!!

Please help me, I have received a message saying, " Thanks for using (Subscriptions, Text Based Services) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10. Enjoy http://gclub.in"

In a week i've received this kinda message thrice n have been charged Rs 20, 20, 10. By mistake once o entered my cell no on tashan.co.in n since they r charging me for using suscription whereas i'm nt even using it.

My cell no is [protected]. Kindly help me by deactivating this service on my phone.

Airtel FHMModelofDay — Unsubscription of the above service

I have requested to unsubscribe the FHMModelofDay by messaging to 54321 yesterday (13.10.2009).They send me a message from 58888 stating that the service had been unsubscribed. But today they charge Rs.6 again.Hence I want the service to be unsubscribed and get my money back.Thank you.

The service should be unsubscribed and the money should be back, because they charge the money though they had already send a message confirming that the service had been unsubscribed.
