I havealready lodged the complaint against the shell international mobile draws 2009, about 15days ago before this hon'ble authority/forum.
as per mysecond message dt 17 April 2009, about winning of 250, 000.00 GBP the agent of the shell petroleum development companyofU.K. is in India and he is insisting me to pay the Rs.20, 000/- towards the custom charges and then he will handover me theconsignment on that day, and the same i.e. Rs.20000/-may be paid to theICICI bank and in the name o[censored]n-known person IDso please help me.
