Order id - emjqvj91438543 i did a recharge of rs 457 but the status showed that recharge status is under process but no money has been credited till now and the call assistance is also switched off. No message or assistance has been provided till now. I really feel that this company is a fraud and serious legal action should be taken to prevent these fraud company from fooling us

I have done online recharge of idea of 193 Rs. dated on 10th Aug 2016 for my prepaid mobile number [protected]. But that was not successful but money got deducted from my bank account. I need my money to be refund in my account.
I am not satisfied with EZRecharge service. I simply hate it. I will tell others do not use it.
I need your quick action on this. I need complete refund of my money.

BSNL topup for RS10/- done on Aug23,2014 at 11.17am but amount not credited

Topup done thru Bank of India Netbanking but amount not credited to my mobile number even after 11 hrs. Bank of india reply as below
Dear Customer,
The transaction mentioned in the trail mail is successful
transaction and the amount was remitted to the Service provider. We
request you to take up with the biller for early refund. The amount will
be reversed to your account on receipt of the
same.
Please credit to my mobile immediately and also send the customer care complaint mail id of ez recharge which is not going despite many failed attempts. Mobile number mentioned is not responding

money deducted but bsnl top-up sim no.8900537996 was not recharged

On 23rd I recharged online the above sim for Rs 200/- by debit card through EZRECHARGEas there was a message from BSNL for full talk time on recharge for RS200/-.The money for Rs 212/- was deducted from my a/c & got the mail below but the balance is not increased till today. Pl. refund my money immediately.

i just now recharged my mobile using EzRecharge site for money 499. it has completed my transaction and even deducted the money as 529 from my bank. But i did not recieve any confirmation from them and i did get recharged. Please do the needful as soon as soon. I hope this site is fraud and cheating. Please revert my money as soon as possible

amount debited not recharged
Hi I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile for Rs.150 through EZrecharge portal. The track id for the transaction is CCA13FPYF287 via State Bank of India Internet banking. The Bank Ref no. is : IGJ2016896. The amount of Rs.158 including net charges of Rs.8 has been debited from my bank account but my mobile is not recharged for the amount of Rs.150. Please look into this and make the recharge as fast as possible else refund the amount to my bank account. Please do the needful.

NIT — negelence in carrying development work

My Mobile number is [protected] i have recharged using ezrecharge on[protected] for 100rs for my airtel number and still i have not received any balance whereas the money alone has been deducted from my bank account and to make sure i did a recharge again for the same amount on the same date and still no response !! I have sent in a feedback complain and those people don't care to follow up or reply and their customer care number is always switched why he hell do you guys provide a number then . On the who 200rs has been deducted from my account and has not be recharged and the worst part is no replies have also been provided .. Very very poor service and i think these people are a scam . If you are not capable of doing the job then don't deducted the cash from my account ... Please refund it asap there are 100 of websites who are capable of recharging without running away with money !!

Your payment was unsuccessful with the bank. Incase of money deduction by the bank
will be auto refunded by the bank itself. Generally, it will take 4-5 business days.

When i enter all this. & done for recharge then it shows ENTET VALID MOBILE NO.

EzRecharge — Deduction of balance without consent
I tried to recharge online on my airtel prepaid no. I admit it was my mistake that I put 'Invalid Recharge Amount'. Well I did it only after seeing this voucher available on Airtel site, anyways, I admit it was my mistake. But then, instead of refunding the amount they actually converted them into god knows what Transferred Points, and that too without any permission. How can you sell something to a customer without even informing him?? This is nothing but cheating in the daylight.And whosoever are guys are,
(coz you haven't given your name or your contact no. on your website, should have understood only then)
I want my money back. It's a hard earned money, and not a fraudulently earned. So I want it back.

Instead of complaining on this Forum It would be better idea to form a group through this form and forward a Petition to RBI. Also The CyberCrime division of Law enforcement can be notified. However, in this case a court case with inclusion of mental harrassment on account of the actions of the website can be filed. Compensation can be sought. When I was sourcing to recharge my Videocon Prepaid mobile through online facility, I found somebody named ezRecharge.in. As per their advertisement they are servicing in all over India for all Mobile service providers in postpaid & prepaid.
So I decided to recharge my mobile through their portal.
Dated 27-04-11 I have made a conversation for Recharge amount of Rs.25 from my SBI savings account.
The amount has been debited from my account. But I didn't get my recharge as done.
Here the details have given by them....

So pls make the recharge as fast as can.
I need this very urgently.
So I decided to recharge my mobile through their portal.

When I was sourcing to recharge my AICEL([protected]) Prepaid mobile through online facility, I found somebody named ezRecharge.in. As per their advertisement they are servicing in all over India for all Mobile service providers in postpaid & prepaid.
So I decided to recharge my mobile through their portal.
Dated 15-11-11 I have made a conversation for Recharge amount of Rs.100 from my CORPORATION BANK DEBIT CARD.Again i tried to do the same two times.again it was debitted the amount (104+104)two times
The amount has been debited from my account. But I didn't get my recharge as done.
I didnt get any track
The id for debit from account is 459075, 459218, 459578 (Rs104+104+104=Rs306)
So pls do the necessayr action to credit my money in account as fast as can.

I recharged it today morning. ..i.e. 11/2/2011. but the balance has not yet been credited.
If i check the status of my order, the portal says the order is still pending. i am not able to make urgent calls.

Rs.25 is an Invalid Denomination for Tata Docomo. It is a STV pack.

I had recharged a Airtel number ([protected]) on 05/08/10 at around 02.09 pm for Rs 200. Tracking number is CC 293251. This ezrecharge portal looked like a good option and so i went ahead considering all the fake promises that they had made online. My mode of payment was net banking through ICICI bank.
My account has not been recharged even now. Not only that, they have very conveniently not given any contact number on which we can complaint about the same. I complained on the one email address that they have posted as contact, and not one of my emails has been replied to
you peoples doesn't given the proper reply & response for the same, what is this? it is the way to doing business???

yesterday Night I recharged my mobile using this site www.ezrecharge.com, my transaction was for 34 Rs plus 2 Rs additional for their services. I am feeling so much insecure about my money in account. They are using a very trusted source that is CC Avenue for making transaction and I have been doing transaction through this network and now I am not feeling safe anymore to do anymore transaction online. These spam sites can suck all our money and which is not something anyone will ever want. Please, do something about this site.

I searched the site for online recharge and found this site, my 2 small amount recharge transactions were successful but when i tried to recharge with Rs. 54 it got debited to my account and recharge was not recived by vediocon. My vediocon ([protected]) account has got blocked and could not be used as payment has not been recd at the end of vediocon due to non processing of recharge from the end of EzRecharge.

Prepaid Recharge Scam
I was searching for Online top-up facilities provided by various service providers when i came across this website http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php Since they had tie-up with State Bank of Travancore, i decided to make good use of it by recharging my prepaid mobile phone account ([protected]) with 50/-.
My intention was to test the services of the above-mentioned company http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php. I was told that an additional 4/- will be charged as "internet transaction fees". Well, if they are allowing me to recharge my account, then why not - this was the thought in my mind. The transaction was successful and the 54/- was deducted from my bank account this morning (Sunday, Nov 29 2009).
I am yet to see the amount added to my prepaid account. I have e-mailed them and am waiting for a response from the company. I am wondering, if they cannot fulfill their promises, why are such companies in business?

I had recharged a tata docomo number ([protected]) on 20/12/09 at around 7 pm for Rs 300. Tracking number is 49373456. This ezrecharge portal looked like a good option and so i went ahead considering all the fake promises that they had made online. My mode of payment was net banking through axis bank.
My account has not been recharged even now. Not only that, they have very conveniently not given any contact number on which we can complaint about the same. I complained on the one email address that they have posted as contact, and not one of my emails has been replied to
I think its a scam. The CCAvenue payment gateway is also a scam. I need my money back immediately.

BEWARE of EZRECAHRGE online recharge scam

nice to talk with you. I here by inform u regarding my recharge transaction failures for my TATA DOCOMO mobile bearing NO - [protected]. Andhra pradesh region.
It is on[protected], but i didn't get recharged to my mobile. You have sent me failure notices via mail for only 4 Orders, here are the details attached below along with this mail regarding the transaction failure notices sent by u .
But i didn't get remaining failure notices upto now even my mobile was not got recharged any of one.
Also my main query is at first when i tried to recharge for amount of Rs. 150/- it's taken 158/- along with net charges. It's fine & i got trans Failure. i tried the same again, & get failured for the same. But when i tried for third time for same about Rs. 150/- it's actually should charge 158/- as previous one, but it shown 173/- along with net charges, anyway i tried for that also, but got failure trans again.
Again i tried for Rs. 50/- voucher it's charged 68/-, where it has to charge only 54/- right. this also i got failure trans for two transactions.
Next day i.e yest when i had taken mini statement of my bank SBI, it shown that my balance was deducted for those trans i made for recharge through ur site. The deductions are like this in mini statement:

My experience in recharging was bad, as it did not serve the purpose and after raising a lot of hue and cry, I got my money returned to my account. Please be careful in using this service, Credibility needs to be improved, Firstly, I was surprised not to see even proper telephone and addresses on their site. I had to check out thru the who is look up.

I totally agree that there is aproblem while recharge being doen thru ezrecharge.in...For the first time today i tried to recharge my Tata Docomo (TN Circle) thru thus site and i got nothing but debit in my a/c and not the recharge...I have sent a mail to them regarding this (with full details as they required) but reading all these complaints i worry i would get my recharge amount or my refund to my bank a/c...

I totally disagree.. I feel EZRECHARGE.IN is excellent. I made 100 topup for docomo, where there is no online recharge in docomo site. Account updated within 3 mins from the time i paid. For all those who lost money, Please change your internet connection. Because, HTTPS connection will break even if there is 1millisecond disconnect on internet. Do not use wireless, use LAN and check, It ll work out. IF they do fraud, then they can be put in court.

I tried recharging with ezrecharge.in to my tatadocomo number with 150/- and they have charged 8/-for internet. fine but I could not get my number recharged with the amount.

why cant you send an auto SMS/e-mail for an unsuccessful transaction with reason and the further steps.

I advice the public not to recharge hereafter from ezrecharge and give notice to all thro website because it is a scam and first time they will do properly and the next time try will take the money because they are sitting only for cheating

why not you are using MTNL. I know sometimes its signal strength is poor but it is best service provider in india.

ezrecharge is an excellent service. I used it like almost every time now after using it for the first time, and have used it over 10-15 times and never faced a problem.except once there was delay where i recharged at 2 in night but that also got recharged before i got up in morning. I guess most of the people u have problems is either coz of lack of knowledge on how to use, some wrong info or slow internet. Even if something goes wrong u dont need to brawl over it. If payment is made and order not generated and balance not charged then surely u get payment back from bank back in account.. Its nothing they can do in that.

I have reported the problem in mail, id [protected]@ezrecharge.to them, till i didn't get any reply and there is no Refund of Amount also.
2.Order ID is CGGMEM64305985 date Apr 5, 2015 this time Transaction failed because of invalid top-up amount in TATA Docomo 40 Rs, Amount has been Deducted didn't get refunded.
This is not one time teo time happened for me then now i am thinking
is this website fraud or cheating people in the name of EzRecharge ?
Please Requesting Customers to not go for EzRecharge.

amount has been deducted from my Account.( I used Net-Banking Service for Recharge) but not got the recharge then

I am recharge through ezRecharge Airtel prepaid net pack 197 rupees 1GB 3G net
work but Airtel not activated net pack they are given only local calls validity after that
I complaint to Airtel so they are they are third party their information is false pls
recharge with Airtel website only pls don't recharge with third party websites.

Today i tried to recharge my reliance Jio card through ezrecharge. Total amount Rs. 311 has been debited to my credit card account but the reliance jio card did not get recharged.
Now what to do? How I will get the money back?
