Order id - emjqvj91438543 i did a recharge of rs 457 but the status showed that recharge status is under process but no money has been credited till now and the call assistance is also switched off. No message or assistance has been provided till now. I really feel that this company is a fraud and serious legal action should be taken to prevent these fraud company from fooling us...

I have done online recharge of idea of 193 Rs. dated on 10th Aug 2016 for my prepaid mobile number [protected]. But that was not successful but money got deducted from my bank account. I need my money to be refund in my account.
I am not satisfied with EZRecharge service. I simply hate it. I will tell others do not use it.

On 23rd I recharged online the above sim for Rs 200/- by debit card through EZRECHARGEas there was a message from BSNL for full talk time on recharge for RS200/-.The money for Rs 212/- was deducted from my a/c & got the mail below but the balance is not increased till today. i just now recharged my mobile using EzRecharge site for money 499. it has completed my transaction and even deducted the money as 529 from my bank. But i did not recieve any confirmation from them and i did get recharged. Please do the needful as soon as soon. I hope this site is fraud and cheating. Please revert my money as soon as possible

Hi I recharged my Reliance GSM mobile for Rs.150 through EZrecharge portal. The track id for the transaction is CCA13FPYF287 via State Bank of India Internet banking. The Bank Ref no. is : IGJ2016896. The amount of Rs.158 including net charges of Rs.8 has been debited from my bank account but my mobile is not recharged for the amount of Rs.150.
