Went to website, but can't find out what the three gifts are????
The card says, in great big letters, 3 gifts waiting at "www.readersdigest.com/3free". Nothing there. I resent the company wasting my time.
I was also promised a tote bag for my renewal but have not received it.
How soon and what are the 3 gifts can I expect them? I have read several complaints about this, and should this happen to us, we will no longer sobscribe to RD. We have had it for several years, but not agin if you are unreliable

Why do send this card for 3 free gifts if you buy a new subscription when people have just renewed?This is just a big joke
why give you a card saying three free gifts are waiting for you when I can't get any response on the website that readers digest says to go to!! What is up with this?
WAS KIND OF HESITATE ABOUT ENTERING MY E-MAIL ADDRESS TO PEOPLE WHO DONT SEEM TO BE TRUTHFUL. LIKE SO MANY OTHERS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND WHERE TO GET ANY GIFTS. DECIEVING CUSTOMERS IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!
I not only attempted to locate the website, but then tried to call the telephone number listed for "Customer Service". The number is not a working number. What kind of business practices are these? Such a shame! They have a great magazine and don't need to promise free gifts to get subscribers!

I can't believe Reader's Digest would stoop this low. I found the same thing all the others found on your free gift web site...nothing but complaints. You could at least tell us what they would have been if you really intended to follow through on your offer. I think you owe everybody a BIG apology!
