Nokia N5800 — spot on the inner side of lcd, hanging problem and video songs are not playing since i showed to the local nokia care centre at karnal haryana

your technicians at your Nokia care centre at Narnaul (Haryana) are totally ignorant as far as N5800 is concerned. i visited the aforesaid centre as multi media functions were not working properly. when i got my cell phone back, i found some spots inside the lcd. when i asked about it, he told me that it will take at least one month to replace my lcd. since then i have visited them many times, but they have not done anything except making exuses. now i have made my mind to knock the doors of the court if you dont solve my problems regarding multi media functions and the spots on the lcd

My Nokia 3600 had some problem. I booked a complaint on 6th June 2009 at Nokia Care Ranchi centre (Nirmal Enterprises) pp compound. They given us a dilivery date of 20th June 2009. On 20th June 2009 when I reached the centre, there was no response from their side at all.Now i am going frequently in interval of 2 days but still they are saying that they will repaire the same and will give me back in next 2-3 days but still I am yet to reveive the same. Today is 9th july but still they are not in the condition of giving back my phone.My IMEI no. is [protected], Product code 0562074, model no. 3600.

Dear Sir,

I lost my Nokia 5130 Xpressmusic mobile purchased from Authorised Mobile Dealer on 27th may, 2009.

I lost it in travelling on 11th july, 2009. When I went to the dealer to help me on this issue, He told me that It will a waste of time and energy.

But I still persist on my decision to make attempts to find or atleast make that particular phone instrument unuseable to anauthorised person.
