[Resolved] Professional Couriers — 5 Items missing | |||
Hi, I have received a courier today in professional courier and there are 5 items missing.... I am staying in electronic city.... the Number of this consignment is BLR[protected]..... Now i have already opened the courier and those people are saying that it is not our responsible as you have opened the courier... and one more thing is without opening the parcel how can i find the missing items....... what is the actual procedure to deliver courier and receive the courier....... could some one help me in this regards..... if i want to file a case what is the possible option and how to file a case and where to file a case......... I can't leave this matter like this as it is the starting of my business..... in future i am going to do more business like this..... this time the misssing items rate is around 2000 rupees.... in future it will be more...... Professional Courier — Lost My Items
Hi,I was supposed to get a Mobile handset from Bangalore Via Professional courier,but i got empty parcel in that.
This is really disgusting about Professional Courier Service.
I am going to lodge a complaint on Professional Courier.
