I had purchased HP laptop in the month of May which inturn i got a HP redemption gift...it was said to me tat in 6 weeks the gift will be delivered 2 me... but i has been nearly 4 months but havent recieved my gift... when ever i mail they are borrowing 2-3 weeks of time... The date of cheque is only for three months and now already two months has gone by. I had talked to you and you told me that scan the sticker that is behind the laptop and send it but as i had told you i have already gifted the laptop to my brother who is in nepal. He tried a lot to scan but it is not possible in Nepal because there hand holding scanner is not there.So, if possible send me the gift or if else return my documents.

i have hp pavalion dv-4 1257tx model laptop.when i click on hp smart media tv icon to run tv, it does give any response.what should i do now?
I have purchased a laptop of HP Pavelion DV2- 1003AX Laptop from Pc Guide Computer consumables Peripherals & Lan Acessories, 366, Ahmed Mension, Chunam Lane, near Lamington Road Police Station, Mumbai-400007, Phone 66366105, 66366689, Email :- [protected]@hotmail.com on 13th june 2009 in the name of my daughter Anifa Anis Raut. Accordingly i have submitted the invoice alongwith the documents which you called for and a DD of Rs. 4000/- drawn on SBI Bank alongwith the identitiy card of college of my daughter as per your letter numbering 114990 and accordingly to that letter i have pasted original bar code product serial number label on the concerned documents. Today i have received a phone call from your investigation department and it was told that i should send the details to you by email and hence i am sumbmitting herewith the details of my laptop recipit and regarding bar code.
Alongwith my letter i have dispathched the covering letter, a DD of Rs. 4000/-, ID Card, Receipt of PC Guide with all details and the original bar code.
My daughter is styding in Medical College she needs this mobile very badly, so please dispatch the Gift of Moto-08 (Motorola Smart Phone) at your earliest and oblige. If the phone is booked in the name my son sameer Anis Raut you can send this phone in his name on the address given in the letters addressed to you earlier.
