Reliance Communications — Dedcution of extra balance inspite of recharging with voucher of Rs. 799/- with STD free charges

Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance mobile since last 2 years. I have take their scheme of rs. 799/- which says that STD is free for 1 month.

I would like to lodge a complaint with you as you provide the best of solutions to people. I would like to bring to your notice that I have been facing the problem of balance deduction for the STD calls made by me inspite of recharging with the voucher of Rs. 799/- with STD free previously the voucher amount was Rs. 495/- they have now increased the amount - fine. But still the problem of deduction of extra balance with me is deduted and when i call up and inquire i get a reply that i have to lodge a complaint against it and then to solve the complaint their technical suport needs 2 days. I have even asked them to clarify why does this problem happens every month but sorry they are unable to explain and the people at their customer care say they can't help or can't even give a genuine reply. Even if you askd for the wrong balance to be added back they say that that will take 48 hours but hell nothing happens the total amount is not received back.

Let me bring to your notice that last month they had wrongly charged me Rs. 50/- and the amount credited to my account was Rs. 16/- and this month they have wrongly deducted my aextra amount of Rs. 195/- when i asked about this the answer i got from the customer care they say it will take 48 hours but still no confirmation is being received through any sms they say they will send an sms across but nothing and when you call upto inquire no genuine answer. The cusotmer support team & the technician team there doesnot hold any responsibility then who is responsible for all this, don't they have any respnosibility towards service they have to provide to their customers, then why do their marketing people bring out such schemes. I am really very frustrated and depressed and mentally harassed by these people for repeating the problem again and again.

Sir,

This brings a lot of mental harassment which causes effect directly to health. Please try to bring out some satisfactory solution to this problem which is being faced every month. There maybe lots of people facing the same thing but i am not aware how many have lodged any complaints against this.

The same thing i have mailed to their customer care dept.

Reliance Communications — Not receiving Monthly bills for the last 4 months in a proper manner despite many complaints

Hi,

I am Anil Jain R/o 83-D, Ayodhya Enclave, Sector-13, Rohini, Delhi. I have not been receiving my Reliance Mobile monthly bills for last 4 months in the proper manner for the mobile number [protected] and I have registered many complaints with
Complaint no. 82068459 dated 04/11/2008
Complaint no. 80101101 dated 12/11/2008
Complaint no. 82100085 dated 04/12/2008
Complaint no. 84745641 dated 02/01/2009
Complaint no. 88712112 dated 11/02/2009

Despite these complaints, no action has been taken in this regard. I have paid all the bills till now. I have communicated them on the grounds of mismanagement on the part of Courier company that my bills don't reach me, they are either thrown near our home and I haven't received bill for the period of 28/09/2008 to 27/10/2008 and the current bill also for the period of 28/12/2008 to 27/01/2009. In last complaint, I have told them that only if the bill reaches me, I will pay it. I will not be paying any late fee/ any other charges.

Therefore, I would like that appropriate action is taken in this regard.

Reliance Communications — Mobile no. 9022664574 is barred because of Reliance mistake

Dear Team,



My Reliance mobile no. is [protected] which was purchased in the month of January on the name of Anuj Kumar. At the time of purchase / subscription to Reliance's services all the documents desired (address proof & photo identity proof) were submitted to Reliance.


The no. got activated from the next day & remain activated till 7th Feb, 2009(nearly one month). Suddenly the services to this no. got barred on 7th of Feb. without any prior notification / intimation to myself from Reliance.


When I contacted to Customer care centre, I was informed by them that they have mis placed the documents submitted by me & the services have been blocked. I have submitted once again all the proofs to Reliance Relation Centre situated at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai and I was told that it will take four days to start the services. Still the services are not being continued for this no. & are still barred.


Customer care of Reliance Communications has also informed me that the validity would not be increased for the effective duration of days till when my no. is not working. Please note that when the documents have been mis placed by Reliance employees only, the fault is of Reliance & not of mine. Why your customers are being panalized for a fault from your side!



I want a quick redressal of my greivance. Kindly activate my no. once again & increase the duration of scheme for the no. of days when my no. had been de activated by Reliance due to the mistake from their side.
