I have purchased IDEA net setter yesterday only!!! no i have connect my device using idea net setter software and its connecting successfully, but when i tried to open www.google.com from my internet explorer, after long time of process it shows me "Internet explorer can not display requested page".I am not able to understand why this?
can anybody help me out in this ?

I have purchased IDEA net setter I face d same problem. The speed of net setter is very slow its not more than 19 kbps but it is better than airtel

iam using the net setter on punjab region but the speed is very low. some time the web page is also not opening properly.i really feel difficulty pls help me to get nice speed .

I have purched IDEA Netsetter before 15Days in jammikunta idea dasu office. i m getting very low Speed 53.6 in my pc Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps PC. Before purchasing Netsetter Sales man come towards me and told that Netsetter is very high Speed like Plan But i found Speed is very Slow less then High Speed then Netsetter Believe me i m unhappy with netsetter So, Please give Proper Service, Speed to All Customer i have full IDEA Coverage in my jammikunta Still Speed is too Slow Unless, I am waiting for your reply as soon as possible because I need unlimited downloading at 53.6 such products is not speed, but
GIVE HIGH SPEED OR RETURN MY MONEY.

this net very slow u r giving 236kbps but this net was showing only 56kbps

I strongly recommend not to use the Idea NetSetter.. The never provide you the speed they mention. It is the only theoretical speed and never reach to the mentioned level practically. I would suggest to use BSNL. It is still better than other..Some people say that we have no option at some places where no coverage of Idea or other cellular network like vodafone, so think that "Something is Better Than Nothing" but I would say "Nothing is Better Than Nonsense"

I have purchased Idea Net Setter high speed wireless internet connection data speed upto 236.8kbps ed plan Rs 300 in Feb.'09 and Iam getting internet speed only 1.23 to 4.41 kbps and the worst thing is that sometime the speed of internet in bytes.Please suggest me what to do & how I can find high speed.If no then pls tell how I can return your Net setter to your compony, oherwise I will submit my complain to Indian customer forum.

Idea net setter really sucks !!! :)) After purchasing new sim I've make 3 rounds to customer care office to activate my sim, coz they mis match sim number and I have to face this problem and after than when I come come back home speed is dead =))...!dea really sucks man :-j

Today i purchased an Idea net setter.in my area Vill Chicha dist durg C.G. Where establised an Idea Mobile Tower. Since I have Full network but speed never goes across 6 kbps. I have complaint in idea customer care and i have got complaint no. 99476694. i m waiting for response.

I Have right to get full service like township.

I am using Idea Net Setter for last six months. As far as connectivity i dont have any problem but i am unable to configure outlook express for my VSNL mail account. So do anyone knows the settings for the same. I can get incoming mails but unable to send outgoing mails.
