My Self Mohammed Fasiuddin from KSA it is very bad bank i recommend to every one to close there account from the bank same heppend with me they deduct amount from my account with out notice this is not the way they doing other bank not like this bank .. this is sheer robbery. I swear i am going to close my account very shortly if they not response. This is not small amount 843

We had opened a bank account with Rs.10, 000.00 of Minimum Balance. But we had not done any transaction in bank from last 12 Months and we have not received any statement for this account. But last month I have download statement (starting to end) through internet banking and I have seen some charges regarding QAB (Quarterly Average Balance). So I just checked with bank on last week than I got to know that our Minimum Average Balance is Rs. 25, 000.00 so how it is possible. We had opened a bank account to deposit a Cheque with Rs. 16000.00.

so we giving the request letter to bank for checking our account opening form after 15 days we have recived form copy and we seen in form that we had tick on 10, 000.00 for min balance but our stamp size long because company name is long (UTSAV TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LTD ) so we had put up the stamp form 10, 000 to our stamp end on 25, 000 bal. so bank says your min bal is Rs.25000. and he deducted of min charges apx Rs. 5500.00

so we request you to pls solve my query and revert charges in my account.

ICICI Bank — 3900 INR debited from my account without informing me.

I maintain a savings account with icici bank from last 5 years. My account no is[protected]. On 30 march 2009, i got 3967.46 debited from my account against subject [protected] .
This transaction has been done without informing me. When i enquired with ICICI bank customer care it was told to me that this is an 2.5 years old outstanding of 1000.00 and interest 2900.00 adding 3967.45

(1) My first complain is " why without asking me money has been taken out from my account?"
(2) I am not sure weather i really used [protected] card in past.
(3) Why ICIC bank did not clarified in-past since i am regular customer of ICICI bank since last five years.

My self Jay Prakash Singh. I have opened my account last two or three years. My account no is[protected]. I am staying in Patna in Bihar. I have againts the icicibank why they cut the balance of my account without any information. The charges is 1 20/04/2009 QABChgs, Jun-Mar09+Serv Tax93 DR INR 827.00. I will request the consumer court to give me ny balance as early as possible otherwise i will withdraw my money and i cannot give the charge of the bank.
I hope u will solve my query as soon as possible

I had a similar charge on my account. After speaking to the customer service rep I understood that the Quarterly Average Balance (QAB) should be a minimum of Rs.15, 000 (used to be Rs.5, 000) to avoid this charge. Quarters are based on the calendar year, so Jan 1st to Mar 31st is the first quarter.

ICICI Bank — No updates for transaction - 4864103106277006

Dear Sir

My account no is[protected].

On 30/3/2009, Icici Bank has debited amount 3967.46 INR. I lodged a complain with them ( SR[protected] but no written information or on email is provided to me.

My concern is i want full detail about mentioned transaction.

Please look in to issue because as per my best knowledge i don't have any due amount or loan pending with ICICI bank.

Even I faced the same problem of QABChgs deduction without any prior information.

I have a same complaint against QAB I have closed my one account & going to another close my accout from ICICI Bank.

I'm just wondering about this transaction. bank itself is making invalid/unauthorized transactions without giving any notice ON THIS FAULTY TRANSACTION. I'm completely dissatisfied the way you see the customer's money.

Please look into this transaction and re deposit this money into my account ...

I did not look at my statement for a year. It was dormant and now I see around 5k taken as QAB charges. Anyone has got their money back from icici?

Atrocious charges for almost everything they do...

I am a musician since 2002 and I opened a savings account in ICICI during 2003. At that time the bank said savings account eligibility is to maintain Rs.5000 balance minimum. Later since 2006 I came Mauritius and staying here. The bank has renewed its rules in 2007 july that Rs.10000 minimum balance should be maintained but I was not aware of it as I am in Mauritius. My balance was approximately 6, 500Rs at that time. Now throught internet I checked I noticed they have levied nearly Rs.3, 300/ from my savings account as Quarterly Average Balance charges. This is not justice at all. How can they suddenly change their rules. I am not able to deposit any funds from here till today. My very hard earned money is going like this. I am really hurt by ICICI Bank. They could have atleast block the account in order to make their customers maintain minimum balance. But taking the customer's money in this way that too so much high charges are not acceptable.

TAKE ACTION AGAINST COMPLAINT - SUBMIT Complaint TO RBI (Reserve bank of India).

Dear victims please be adviced that RBI India is the regulator for Banks across India. RBI (Reserve bank of india ) lays the rule for other across india to follow. RBI is the police man for banks.

We as a victims are supposed to launch complaints to RBI regarding the malpractise about the bank.

I opened icici direct trading account alongwith icici bank savings account. They said that it is a zero balance account but they later converted it to minimum 10k balance account which was not even informed to us. They started charging this QAB from the account. How unjustified it is ...we people work hard to earn this money...and these guys take away within a fraction of a second. For a normal salaried class its highly impossible to keep 10k available all the time. This is a new business idea to cheat common people like us. They don't even give 100 Rs as annual interest...but they easily earn 3400/- without any work. I hope they have plenty of accounts like this may be 1, 00, 000 it may have more numbers...
For example if 100000 X 3400/- = 34, 00, 00, 000/-
If you see here, even without working hard they are earning 34 crores per annum...these private banks are sucking our blood and enjoying high status in society. I have just given an example...there are many more instances where these banks cheat common people like you and me. Let us raise voice against this. Is this what government want for AAM AADMI
