I am also found the same issue with my acocunt and I have given a written complain to them. I will wait for the response other wise I will file a consure case

even i hv got the same debit. it is for non maintainance of Minimum Balance.Cant do anything

Even it happenend for me to day before yesterday.

I also found the same issue with my account and when I spoke to the customer service of ICICI, they are not reversing the amount back. The account which I am using is a salaried account. Of course, for the past couple of months there is no salary deposited. But before changing into Savings account from salary account, they haven't intimated before. Without intimating they caught 843 RS from my account. I want to file a consumer case. Please advice.

I also found the same issue with my account. They cut the balance of my account without any information of Rs. 1, 112.00/-

When i am depositing 15000/- every month for my EMI then there should be no Quarter Balance Charges.

I have a postpaid broadband account from VSNL. My user id is [protected]@eth.net. On[protected], I had used the internet broadband postpaid connection with 1mbps speed. I have used the internet connection for last two years. I have complain about close my internet for last two days. I have register my complain in 24th oct 2008 and the complain no is 7518362.they told me your query solved within 24hours.after I will call them and gave my complain no they told me your complain was soved but My at the movement my internet connection is not stated yet. I have stay in Ahmedabad. I have also forward complained in Ahmedabad VSNL office but their engineer told me there is serious problem in server and we have no sufficient equipment to solve your problem. I have problem about for my bandwidth and break up connection everyday.
The connection is not working for many days. We have been reminding them and the CALL CENTER replies that the same will be rectified within 24 hours.
No body attends……

I bloody well need a reason and the breakup of the amount, on what calculations have they arrived at that amount... this is sheer robbery. I swear i am going to close my account with such thugs if they don't gimme a valid reason.

I have same problem. They are not treating their customer properly. God save this bank.

Even I have the same problem. I will talk to the customer care and try to fix them up. If they don't agree then I will file a case in consumer forum.

The same happened with my saving a/c[protected] and my spouse a/c[protected] of
QABChgs, Jul-Sep08+Serv Tax93 charges Rs 843.00 in each a/c even we maintained min. balance of Rs 5000. I need justification why they gave such a fault statement and charged QABChgs, Jul-Sep08+Serv Tax93 in our a/cs. If they won't revert back the trasaction. we planning to close our a/c's after removing all our amounts (demat, mutual funds etc) and we won't do any transaction with this bank in future.

How it is justified not maintaining of Rs 5000/- the penalty is Rs 3372/- Per Annum (Rs 843/- Quarterly X 4). Really They are blood suckers. Now it is the time to teach them lesson by closing all our accounts like saving a/c, demat a/c, mutual funds etc and move to some other nationalized banks.

QABChgs means Quarterly Average Balance Charges, Here From July to September. It is applicable if your a/c not maintained minimum amount. (say Rs 5000/-). ICICI recently increased minimum amount from Rs 5000/- to Rs 10, 000/-.

I have a same complaint & tomorrow i Will close my accout from ICICI Bank.

Even I faced the same problem and I'm too gonna close ICICI account tomorrow.
People are doing right thing by withdrawing money from this back.
This bank will get bankrupt soon.
