[Resolved]  Acer Laptop — Surely the worst

I am totally unhappy from ur laptop. this is totally a new brand machine and starts giving problem. in the start it gives problem regarding battery backup. Now a new prob aries that it is not able to write any cd/dvd. evev ur customer care process is too long i am not able to understand if there are so many problems in ur system why u make this even in ur service center i have no contact no . from where i have to call . from which shop i take this that was a acer delear and he syas u have to go service centre and i have no contct no for service center plz help me

This is MIMLY DUTTA , i had bought my laptop of the model ACER 3684 - N W X C i bearing the serial no. LXAZLOCO337140D16L2500 from SIMONY SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD , GUWAHATI on 14.07.07. But at present i'm not staying at GUWAHATI as i'm studying at ORISSA. So provide me the solution to my problem and also the information about the nearest dealer or service centre as soon as possible. Now the problem is that on turning on the laptop , no files or icons and drives can be accessed and even a sound comes when we place it on a desk or plane surface , while if we slightly tilt it or bend it , the sound doesn't comes , so how long can one hold it in such posture and do any work . So please do provide some assitance at your earnest and as soon as possible. (Note that i'm staying in ORISSA and not at GUWAHATI).

I m very unhappy with service provide by acer it is very shame to ur company that any type of contact number is not available on any site also in an catlog book of acer. i m staying in mumbai then also i cant get any service center in mumbai from any where . In my laptop when i starting an window the total screen become white and flactuate and after that nothing seen in the computer . So provide me the solution to my problem and also the information about the nearest dealer or service centre as soon as possible .

I have purchased an acer laptop from Vele Peripherals, 48/167, Sivananda Colony, Coimbatore. As on when they receive the cash from me they (acer) shouts back even on my first call nor turned up to see what is wrong with my computer. I dont know how they are going to survive in India. Maybe because they must have thaught they can fool all indians..

Recently I've purchased an ACER Aspire 4720 having Serial No. LXAMP0Y[protected].

After using the same for 2 days it was suddenly throwing a problem and regarding that I've logged a complain to ACER customer care vide complain ID[protected],RMA-D8611716. The first problem was that the system was constantly being hanged in each and every startup and it is to be restarted. But after restart it's again hanged. After that the problem is been solved by formatting the drive against the cost of my valuable documents. Then a second problem has occured again regarding the USB port malfunction and after complain they again provided me the same complain id and convinced me to chage the mother board. Now after changing the mothr board the Laptop is not getting started atall. So now I'm in a real fix that what to do with this kind of service quality and material what ACER is providing. Please help me regarding this.

I have problem in my Acer Laptop.The problem is that sometime LCD screen get off white and all application are working in background.when i have Hibernate or restart the laptop then it has came into its original state.

I had already checked it with the Acer Customer service center (chandigarh), and as per them thay have repair some LCD component.But now the problem is still remain the same and has not been resolved.So let me know the solution and kindly DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I have a strange problem with my acer 5571. Sometimes after startup there is no sound from the headphones. No matter how many times I restart it after that the sound still does not come out of the headphones. I had my mainboard replaced for this reason during the warranty period. However a month after the replacement the problem has resurfaced. Now my warranty period has lapsed and acer service is not entertaining my requests.

my acer aspire 4710 bought 25082007 and with in 6 month the charger chord is not functioning due to frequent sparks from it.
pl replace or exchane for new,

i have bought new acer aspire 5920.i installed xp sp2 in it.with AVG antivirus in it. it works properly but when i shut down it it hangs up at "system is shutting down" but it doesnt shutdown. i mouse also hangs.and for shutdown i have to press the power button. Please solve this problem.

my system model is acer aspire 4710. i had bought the system just 10 months back. now the system is not working the error is showing when open

then i tried to format my system with windows xp cd then also some error showing
"setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer.
make sure any hard drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer,
and that any disk related hardware configuration is correct.this may involve
running a manufacturer-supplied diagonostic or setup programm "

I have a acer laptop ASPIRE 4710, IT HAS A PROBLEM SOME TIME WHEN I START IT, IT BOOTS PROPERY BUT AFTER FEW SECONDS THE COMPLETE SCREEN TURNS IN TO WHITE COLOUR AND NO OFTION IS LEFT EXCEPT RESTART IT.DO ANY OF YOU KNOW THAT WHERE IS THE ACERSERVICE CENTER IN GURGAON SO THAT I CAN GET THIS PROBLEM RECTIFIED EASILY OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO GO TO DELHI.
