now it is telling that
only limited calls allowed

I had average range at my home( with fluctuation ), bt last two weeks i had very poor signal range...emergency service displayed full time...and misd call alert msgs comes regularly...
What's the problem ? and how to overcome ?

i have a aircel sim card i goto settings and i select a option then they are saying enter puk code then i dont no what is that then i press my security code then they say write new password then i enter and swith off then i on my cell they say your sim card is rejected iwant a solution i want to open that sim card
