I think there HR is a big FRAUD with Mr Kumud and one Sanjeev playing a major part in the process with Sumerjeet Singh and one Manish.
They are picking up the best TALENT from leading FINANCIAL services organizations like AVIVA, HSBC, ICICI on the pretext that they are leading paymasters and most of the people who are working there discover there fraud after 3-4 months and they move out.

I had a bad experience with Agni in terms onf Payments due.
The company has the in nerve habit of making others chase them like beggers for money.
I catered them service worth of 5 Lacs, and I have recovered only 2 Lacs so far.
Its beeen more than 4 months and I am still following up for my OWN money.

I have dealt with all the others and agni people are most professional compared to others...i think as customer we have to be careful and take everything in writing...

Nearly 2 years I have been chasing them for my money.
They are the biggest FRAUD in property market and openly say that they dont care abt the legal system in Country.

My experience with agnee is very gud...I have bought around 3 properties from them and they have honored all the commitments made by them...my credit notes amount has been disbursed on time...even one property M3M Merlin I have sold and booked profit which was sold by them...

I have had the same experience with them. They are not entertaining the credit note and giving all those lame excuses that builder has not released the money yet! It has been 8 months since i am chasing them like hell but in vain. They are COMPLETE FRAUD!!
Is consumer court doing anything on this? I see so many complaints lodged against Agni but i am yet to see any reply from them.

AGNI Property now India Homes is a very big cheat and unethical company. It is not only doing fraud with its customers but also with its employees. They are not releasing Full & Final settlement of ex-employees on one pretext or another. They make their ex-employees so much harassed that one fine day he stops pursuing for his hard earned money. If any employee wants to meet the Directors or Samarjeet Singh to put his grievances against the system prevailing in the company, he is harassed by top management by dire consequences. I think that something is fishy and entire top management is corrupt and doesn’t want to resolve the issues where they are at financial loss.
With this approach towards its customers & employees, I am sure that such kind of fraudulent company will be vanished soon. Families and kids of Management will suffer with worst of incurable diseases on earth with the money they have earned by all wrong means.

agni property (now india home) sale coordinators ara big cheats. one Vineet malhotra lured me to buy gulshan homez project by providing false informations, not giving proper commission, no support, no follow up, avoiding phone calls, lying every time. i request every one not to buy property through them as they never cooperate once you book through them.
This is exactly happening with me. Even worse, as they even bungled from commission to preference of property from 2BHK to 3BHK. And am struggling to get back my initial booking amount now for months.
