[Resolved] Aircel — Abusive Language | |||
Hi, My Name is Mayank Kr Gupta, using Aircel Mobile Post Paid No- 97 16.528.440. i Have been observing that there is a problem with my billing for last 4-5 billing cycles. As I have taken a plan for Chorp Churn 299 which gives 1200 local mins and 200 local and National SMS free. But during last 4-5 billing cycles i have observed that my total volume is less than the total volume of 1200 as per plan. After that also i have been charged with some amount of Money in all the bills which is not rectified from the AIRCEL Store, RDC Ghaziabad. The problem has been registered by Mr. Roshan who sits in the store and after repeatedly the problem has not been rectified. I didnt got any confirmation for the resolution also. I think its a pathetic customer support service on companies part as they doesnt give proper feeedback and charges amount to Customers. Also to raise a point my outgoing was stopped without informing me, as i havent paid the bill of Jan 13 month due to non availability of Credit card Machine in new location, i went to A&A Communication store twice but there was always a same reply, Credit card has not been Transferred so it will take time. yesterday i.e. 7th Feb 2013 i received a call from a fool guy using ABUSIVE language with No - [protected] and asking to pay the bill, but i replied him that i came twice to the store and their credit card machine is not working. in reply to that he replied that your outgoing will be barred. He asked me to pay the money but same day otherwise otherwise told me to bear the consequences. the same way is recieved a call on 08th Feb 2013 at 10:29 am from no -[protected] which was a missed call and after that i am not able to make a call from my number. so wanted to know my last day for the bill was 4th Feb 2013 and its only 3 days have passed and my outgoing is barred is a pathetic condition. so i want a explanation that when will you be charging a late fees to Rs 25 and there is no limit for that date then why it is barred after only 3 days and almost i am using the number for more than a 1.6 months now you can check the history of payment. This payment delay is due to Credit card machine. as i regularly pay by the same. being a company you doesnt have a right so ask me whether i wanted to pay from Credit card or Cash payment, it should be none of your Business as the same was inquired from me by the call i received on 7th Feb 2013. So please clarify me the points :- 1. The over Billing in My bills for last 3-4 months. where i am not consuming total free volumes till i am charged. 2. Iam getting a phone call from [protected] number and he is abusing language and torturing. Please I need the address of the number.AirCell — abusing

just wanted to let you know that i have sent a mail to care.Delhi and appellate Delhi on 24th April 2013 but till date haven't received any response from their side. whereas there auto reply mail says that the query will be resolved in 2 working days. so just sending a mail to above mentioned mail id is of no use. because you people don't bother to reply back.
i have sent a mail for abusive language in month of Feb 2013 but till date i doesn't know the result. but instead the case has been closed without any reason or response.
so tell me what to do.
i have received a call from appellate office on 1st May 2013 but the lady doesn't know anything as she replied that she will confirm from marketing team and will let me know. now also till time i haven't heard from her anything . so what type of officer is sitting in appellate office as they doesn't know anything about the plans or response. god knows how you people solves the problem of the customers.
so if its the case then i would like to apply for appellate officer job where i have to take calls making false commitment and without the knowledge of product and services with a handsome salary package.
