[Resolved] Aircel — AIRCEL connection pending since 1st April(3 months) | |||
I bought an AIRCEL connection(details below) on 1st April,2013 from a local shop. I have submitted all necessary documents and paid Rs.300 as connection charge,first recharge etc to the shopkeeper. It has been 3 months since then but my connection has not been activated.I have complained to the shopkeeper several times.I have been told that my documents have been passed on to the distributor and they are responsible for the activation.So they are to be blamed for the delay. I am really disappointed by the poor service provided by AIRCEL. I am now planning to buy a connection of some other company if this AIRCEL number doesn't gets started in 1-2 days. Such poor service is highly unprofessional and I shall never recommend AIRCEL to any of my friends. Aircel — y the serviceses is delayed
really irretation not picking up the call at ur call centre, so big ad on PI but [censored]all services given no setings provided after sending sms after calling Hey…. U were calling from which circle? Why I ask is because this is pretty rare.. atleast in my circle.. which is Kolkatta btw.. in any case.. Call the Nodal officer or smthn directly man!.. that shd be quicker.

when i am calling any where if that no. is switch off then also it is ringing or vise/verse. sometimes it is also saying that there is temporary contagion in the other network u have dialed . so i am facing problem. i will be very helpful i[censored] look after this matter. my no. is [protected].
