Today i got message from your side saying that "you concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 14/08/2012" but i am still getting same speed (3Mbps) then i would like to know what is being resolved.
Its one Month past and they have not even responded to my problem and it seems that they will Not respond because they don't care about care about their customer.can anybody help me or suggest me what to do Now.
