Dear Sir,
Last month i have recharged my aircel mobile by VISA Debit Card through Citibank Payment Gateway. The amount value Rs108:00 has debited in my account but the recharge had been failed. The webpage replies that my money will be refunded in 7 working days. But Still the refund has not initialized.
