Sir, I bought aircel 3g data card and i recharged 277 frc upon which I shouldve got 2 gb usage 3g n unlimited 2g after consuming the 3g data. But I get to use 3g only about 200 mb each day no matter how much 3g balance i have left unused. and that too in the morning time specially around 7 -8 am. I have complained about it n no one have intimidated to me bout it yet although its been about a week. My no. is [protected]. And the customer care personnel are so rude , sometimes they even cut the line whenever I called them for registering complaint. It took me 4 to 5 turns of speaking to the executives to register the complaint. Also the complaint line is often busy . Worst service I have ever experienced. And the 2 g is so slow that it takes more than 5 minutes to even completely load the facebook homepage. And to my surprise these things r happening even though i have full network. My pin code is 786125 n they said that i have full 3g network here.... MY URGE IS NEVER TO USE AIRCEL..WORST SERVICE PROVIDER... RS. 1800 DOWN THE DRAIN.. Was this information helpful? |
