Aircel — Amount haven't got credited after recharge | |||
Yesterday (17.05.2013) i tried to recharge online from www.aircel.com with a topup of Rs. 69. When the procedure is almost over it didnt show any message but my money got deducted from my account. I have got the message from my Bank. I tried to lodge a complaint to Aircel but they also didnt respond saying that I have to wait for 2 hours. Then I called after 2 hours but still the amount is not credited to my account. Please help me to get back my balance credited to my phone number Was this information helpful? | |||

My number [protected], Last one month i have charged Rs. 50 in three times Aircel also debited 30 Rs in every recharging for what is the reason i don"t know. & I call So many times in your (198) call services They told me next time that error not come. But debit also continue in every recharge. Kindly credit the full amount in next recharging. Otherwise i will take necessary action.
