Aircel Andhrapradesh — unnecessary deduction and activation of services and packages

sir,
my name is SRIKANTH and i am using AIRCEL network since it is launched in AP. i am facing a problem from my network provider regarding the deduction of my balance with out my knowledge and wrong billing i am seriously suffering with this network provider
i have logged a complain to the customer care but there was no response i need u to take some serious action regarding this service provider whose cheating many innocent people like this
