Sir can you tell me that how we can know the remail balance if we recharge with rs 135. pls sir

I recharged for 135 rupees today but I got only 120.15Inr in some pf but my main account remained unchanged .according to the offer I am supposed to get 150 inr credit to my main balance . My number is [protected] . Please help me what do I have to do to get the special account balance to my main account balance and other 30 inr...

Yes I had also recharge the same amount i.e 135 where it is suppose to give amount of 150 but it shows something PF amount of Rs 120.
From where I can see that amount? Even customer care not able to say that...Shocked !!!

I too had similar issue. My mob no is [protected].

The transaction i made was to activate 3G 399 prepaid. But received below message from aircel.

" 207:Txn No. TNR[protected] to Recharge MRP 399 is successful . TT= 0 INR, New Balance 57.08 INR, P.F 355.11 INR, Service.Tax 43.89 INR."

Neither 3G plan is active nor view recharged amount in account balance.

facing the same problem, recharge online for Rs 198/- on 20th may around 10.30 pm n got the balance credit in P.F account instead of net pack 3G as per their scheme. Its such a waste and probably a new tactic to scam money out of your so called valued customers. What is P.F, i dont need it, give me main balance instead i'd be happy. anyhow my number is [protected], i would appreciate if you can get this rectified or else i will have to go through your customer care rep and god only knows if that would do any good either.

What is pf account, please reply asap. I call customer care and they even did not know about PF.
So please transfer that amount to main balance.

Today I recharged 3g with Rs.198/-, but I have recd Rs.172.22 INR in P.F Balance instead of 1.5GB Data. I don't know what is P.F and how can I use my Rs.172.22.


What can i do. The customer Care is also useless fellow. I am totally helpless. plz. help

My Mobile no. is [protected] and recharge 3g data with Rs.198/- on today (31.01.2014) but I have not recd 1.5GB data. I tried the customer care nos. 198, 1288 & [protected] but I couldn't satisfied with all the nos.

I want 1.5GB 3g Data instead of P.F Rs.172.22 and i don't know what is P.F balance.
