[Resolved]  Aircel — Rate cutter

Sir,
01/06/2011 08.28.49am recharges Rs.125 rate cutter, valid 180 days & then 08.31.45am recharges Rs. 50 top up.

Rs. 125 rate cutter valid not so,

Customer care said “one offer for u” recharges Rs. 50 top up is a rate cutter, but this information not send my mobile No.

My mobile No. is [protected] (Port No.)

I will call Customer care 14 times, [protected] this No. & 7 times, 121 this No. At last Customer care said “ Sir plz disconnect the phone”.

Sir plz help me.

come on you tamil man, this is not the place to send a complaint to bussiness. this is a place you file a complaint, so that the other users and internet will be cautioned. whats the point of attaching images ? i dont see the point. yes AirCell may be bad in your area, or all together, but then again why are you staying with them. go for another mobile service provider.
my simple point is dont give them business if they aren't respecting you. simply move on policy my friend.

That’s surprising, as even I am an Aircel customer and I have always seen decent service. Did you try escalating the matter to the Supervisor or writing to them on http://www.aircel.com/ContactUs/contactus.asp

Aircel — Ratecutter has vanished

I am using the Aircel last 9 years, but no advantages,

I feel aircel customer representatives are very lazy. Their response is not satisfaction to me.. When i ask with them about any doubt, only their reply is "sorry sir thre is no chance to happening like that. so check yourself..." What is this?

88rs recharge your call first minute 50 paisa,second minute 30 paisa and third minute continue 20 paisa i was recharged this it recharged but hheir is no responsenow when i call to customer care he said your money has been wasted he said if you have a problem then call his senior if aircel has option of this recharges we recharge their no response we call to customer care he you have been wasted your money contact to his senir. please do some solutin of my problem
i had recharged for 49 rs mass cutter but its not get added pleas
