[Resolved] Aircel — barring of outgoing calls | |
R/Sir, I have taken a aircel SIM no mentioned above on dated 05.10.09 from Aman Mobile distributors Road No.1 Jagdishpur and I am submitted all related documents on 07.10.09 but my documents will not be forwarded by the Aman Mobile distributors after that some SMS I was received from the customer care of Aircel and than I was informed to the Aman Mobile distributors than he will be forwarded my documents to the next distributor Mr. Danish but he will also kept my documents in his custody accordingly and not forwarded to Aircel office Lucknow and than my outgoing calls was barring by the Aircel Office on dated 14.10.09. After that I was contact Mr. Aman mobile distributor for restore my connection and I was also contact with aircel customer but they informed to me that your documents has not yet been received by the Aircel Office .Sir i am facing very hardship due to my out going calls is barring and its total fault of mr Danis Distributor of Jagdishpur which cause i am suffering and i am in tension because the festival seasons are started so that i can not able to miss to my friends and relation also. If my problems are not solved in today we are nothing any other option accept lodging FIR to Police station against Mr Danish Aircel Distributor and Aircel also. Was this information helpful? | |

I am with you on this my friend. I think you should quickly visit the nearest Aircel company store and register your complaint. You could also take the necessary documents to the store for early action and activation. Do carry your receipt which you must have received from the distributor….
