[Resolved]  Aircel — balance missing

My friend I must tell you that all the systems followed by the telecom operators are fully automated therefore no one can use your balance or reduce your balance without your consent or usage. I would just suggest you to ask for your usage from the CC and they would be able to give you a valid reason for the deduction…

I am Supti. My number is- [protected]. Yesterday & today also I was recharge my number by Rs:10/- & Rs:30/-. But now I found total amount deduct from my account. & I unable to continue my net connection. I have already inform to customer care person, but they can't help me out. So kindly help me & give my balance back.

There was Rs.150 balance in my AIRCEL No [protected] before I recharged with 135 STV (an offer for TT of 150) this evening. Though having had received the recharge confirmation, the balance doesn't increase and remains the same after recharging. Kindly Help.
