Aircel — poor service aircel gprs

Mysel[censored]day pawar, from office --diwa,thane . My no is [protected]. i am getting very speed of GPRS.Aircel customer care told me that our GPRS speed is 40-50 kbps but this is worng information . the here actual speed of Aircel GPRS is about 1-2 kbps. This is a case of cheating . It is very painful to not only me but also to all the subscribers . The customer care are telling us that it will get well in 24 hours. "My friend the customer care guys were right, I enjoy that sort of speed. What you should do is refresh the GPRS settings, I am sure you will also enjoy 40-50kbps speed as mentioned by the CC executives.
