Aircel — high call rates fraud | |
I am a constomer of Aircel They launched aplan of pay per sec/1 paise. which I thought a good planned but now they r deducting 2 paise per second. When I called up the customer care they replied it was a condition apply which was not told to me that time, as they told me at the time of taking the plan of per sedc/paise it will be 1 paise charge for all calls local or STD. Now it is coming to Rs 1.20/min whereas other companies r offering at Re.50( 50paise-60 paise per min). Since I dont want any other customer to suffer like me so I want that the company should always be clear with the conditions.As I feel cheated by AIRCEL. Was this information helpful? | |

I believe it is our duty to check all the conditions before taking any plan, every company has its own term and conditions for a new tariff plan . More over if you go through the terms and conditions properly you can very well see the things are mentioned in the plan details. So it cannot be called as cheating.
