[Resolved] Aircel — Promotional call came after DND period expired. | |
I, Ratnesh Kr. Choudhary would like to inform to you that i have registered DND request against my aircel No. [protected] on[protected].00 AM & also received DND reg. no.S[protected], but now after expiry of DND activation period[protected]mostly 45 day from request) promotional calls came on my cell no.[protected] from aircel as well as others company from last 10 day. I have requested so many times within this period from aircel call centre & logde complain also but nothing happen till date. So, look this matter & do need full against it....... I think you should call the customer care and confirm whether the DND service has been activated or not. Then you can report the issue at the nearest Aircel store, I am sure you can sort this out pretty soon.
