Aircel — CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER | |
I have been using Aircel service for a long period. On 25th August I visited Aircel site to know the available internet pack and I found that the Recharge of Rs. 251/- is sufficient for me because that was 6 GB 2G net balance. I recharge my Aircel No. [protected] with Rs. 251/-. One message I received by Aircel that the recharge is successfull than I checked balance that was 1000 MB. I surprised and contact to aircel customer complain on 198 and customer care replied me that 2GB 2G Net Balance and 150 Minute Aircel to Aircel is available on the recharge of Rs. 251/- for 90 days. No customer care officer want to talk to me about this. On 26th August an Customer Care Executive contacted me and told that 6 GB balance is only for Delhi, than I replied her that according to your customer executive I will receive 2GB 2G Net Balance and 150 Minute Aircel to Aircel, but company provide me only 1039 MB, I am also student of computer, I can't believe that 1039=2G, than she replied that I check available data on your no. than I contact you but till now nobody contacted me. I think what type of cheating is this.
