Aircel Prepaid — Regarding debiting amount anonymously
Sir,I am M. Subramanian, Senior Lecturer, English.
My mobile number is [protected].
I have called for costumer care but there is no response from them.
I have activated Ad- don for two numbers only. I have no other valued added services to this number. But the amount was debited twice Rs. 30+30 this month on 1208.2010 and 20.08.2010. I want the reason for this debit.
while I was in traveling the amount was debited. Then how I can call in an any emergency. I was suffered a lot twice.
Kindly make sure that the thing should not be reaped again at any cause.
