[Resolved] Aircel Chennai — on Roaming prepaid balance is deducted, Worst Customer support | |
Aircel Chennai has the ever worst service and I suggest noone go for this service. On roaming all the prepaid money was deducted , even when the mobile was switched off . When complained to customer care they tried to fool me by telling that the handset was not ok. The customer support team did not understand the problem and informed that they cannot do anything about this. Unnecessary , invalid sms (ISD) was sent from my mobile when roaming even when mobile was switched off. Even after visting the Aircel office personally and complaining to nodal officers it has been more than 2 weeks and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. AIRCEL IF ONE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AT CHENNAI AND NO ONE GO FOR IT. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear Friend I always stuff my prepaid card with sufficient balance before roaming specifically internationally and it is known fact that calls in roaming updates little late and if you have had huge usage then be sure to have your balance turning zero soon. How is it possible to message even if your cell is switched off? Still I would suggest visit circle office with complete facts and figures n be sure of complete resolution. As I have known Aircel as a brand of trust.

i have been facing the same kond of problem that we have 4 connections we have been paying through a single cheque but repeatedly this no only getting the ill treatment from your end. after a numerous complaints through customer care officers in vain i have been compelled to do this.

Aircel Chennai is one of the worst and Indian mobile comnay to have at times of emergency. They have disconnected my line but I have paid the bill and none of the cx care numbers they respond to . My kid is not feeling well at home but I ma unable to contact them. If i really get time I will sure I would like to screw this peoples happiness. damn . Bull company, fit for nothing.
