Aircel — unknown call from a number

i keep getting calls from an unknown mobile number. he repeatedly calls.
the following is the mobile number of that unknown person:

can it be stopped??

on 15/11/12 at 15:26. i got a missed call from an unknown number which is +[protected]. i want to to register a complaint against this number i didn't received the call and was called once only, and would like to get info on this number. as soon as possible.

its irritating me lot... weekly thrice or twice i will get a call from this[protected] number i don't know who will do this, if i receive i hear only hello hello hello & calls ends please concerned team want to take action on this calls & help to avoid this inconvenience...

The following aircell number making annoying missed calls to me [protected]. This person may also make disturbing call to other people also. So, do the neccessary on the mentioned number.
