Aircel — Customer Service Poorly managed

Ported out of Aircel a month back by doing extra bill payment. No info given on the outstanding amount. Now when calling to the customer care from any other number, first there is a waiting of 5-10 mins, then it gets connected to prepaid , and the excuse they give is "due to your technical problem you got connected here, search for an aircel postpaid number and then dial 121." So now to get my money back I have to look for an aircel number first. Also they dont have any facility to transfer to postpaid department. Now the only option remain visit an aircel gallery, hope that helps.

Aircel — Sim registration fail

I am using the mobile no: [protected] for 2years. Without any reason my simcard failed registration process.
