[Resolved]  Aircel — deduct money from my balance

hello sir, i am aircel mobile user,
yesterday i.e,[protected] suddenly aircel deduct my 30 rupees balance from my account, when i call them back to know why they deduce my balance, they told me that i select VAS service, but the thing is that i got a promotional call from aircel, i recieved the call and disconnect the call, but they are telling me that i select some option so they deduct my balance, i never used any vas service since i bought my mobile i.e, 10 years,
they have done this twice to me, i want justice.
