[Resolved]  Aircel — wrong balance deduction

i am using aircel no. [protected].on 12 aug arond 11 am ,rs.30 deducted wrongly from my account.
customer care could not provide me satisfactory cause for this.........
this is not 1st time. so i hope my problem will solved here............

I am Rohit Kushwaha. My Aircel Mobile No. is [protected].

On 19 april 2010,i have received a msg From 580102,that "Paaiye Jobs Allert Apne mobile par Kabhi bhi Kahin bhi SMS par free alerts pane ke liye abhi Free mein apne jobs category chuniye 1. Sales. 2. Engineering 3. Finance Reply with your choice ( eg. Reply with 1 for Sales jobs) Toll Free.

Again on 20 April 2010, I have received a msg From 58010, that “Your Free trial for ‘Jobs on Mobile’ is expiring and will be renewed in 2 days. You will be charged Rs 30/30 days.
To deactivate now. Dial *234*991#

Again on 21April 2010, I have received a msg From 58010, that “Your Free trial for ‘Jobs on Mobile’ is expiring and will be renewed in 1 days. You will be charged Rs 30/30 days.
To deactivate now. Dial *234*991#

Then on 21 April, I was frustrated, and I have dial 234*991# to deactivate and follows the steps Press 1 to Activate and Press 2 to Deactivate, Then I have Press 2 To Deactivate. Then my balance was deducted by Rs 30. I have lauched a complaint to the customer care, they told that service is activate by my side. I have told that I was deactivated on 21 april. They are saying that it was activated on 21 April

On 22 April, I have send a msg STOP JOBS to 58010 to deactivate the service. Then I have got confirmation message that “ U are not subscribed to the Aircel jobs service. To activate & get jobs alerts on SMS, please reply to toll free with START JOBS.
On 23 April, I have launch a complain on aircel store. My Complain No are :-1-[protected] and[protected]

Today that is 27 april , I have got a msg that “ Dear Subscriber, U are now active on Aircel Jobs service Rs. 10 has been charged for 10 days of service. Send JOBS to 58010 anytime to search, Find and apply to unlimited jobs. And My balance was Deducted by Rs.10 for 10 days.
Please, check it and do the need fully.

You can call them again and ask if any value added service active on your number. I guess this can be one reason for the deduction.

My aircel mobile no.[protected]. Your aircel services unnecessarily deducting amount from my mobile no. for the past three months. If it is continued, i will take legal action. Aircel customer care is not giving proper reply for my questions. Whether we have to put prepaid to our mobile or not. Your services are not keeping any balance in my account. I am expecting your reply soon.

I have been trying to lodge a complaint for wrong deduction of balance from my aircel prepaid number [protected] since 13/1/14 but not been successful .

On 12/1/14 morning I recharged my aircel prepaid no. [protected] with Rs 100 and the balance was Rs 122/-. I had already activated a data pack of 1 GB valid till 22/1/14 . In the evening while I was surfing the net I suddenly found that my balance had reduced to Rs 4/- . This is inspite of 337 mb of data being left on my data pack as shown after using internet. I can't understand how the balance came down from Rs 122/- to Rs 4/- while surfing though I still have 337 mb of data left on my data pack.
I have tried to talk to customer care who has told me that Rs 118/- was deducted due to some pack which they could not say what and on asking they say they will pass on the call to their senior who never picks up the phone.
I have also lodged repeated complaints through e-mail since 13/1/14 and got auto replies saying that my matter will be resolved within 2 days but nothing happened so far.
The CC person either says system is being upgraded or passes to senior who never comes online. It is all a hoax, you can't get a service request number against your complaint.
I wrote to their appellate authority today but all I get is another auto response stating they'll resolve within 2 days but I know nothing will happen . I'm helpless.

Hello Sir, my name is Sunil Kumar and my number is [protected], i have not activated any services in my number, an amount of Rs.75 has been deducted without any reason, i have done so many complaints but no response from the customer care executive and they are saying that they will not refund it, what should i do next
Dear sir, What I do u plz tell me.so many time I complaint aircel always my balance deduction rs.5 and always said I am download a content from hungama.And so many time I said my phone not gprs eneble.
Today 4/10/14 again my balance deduction rs.5.customar care executive same talk about hungama download.My request please resolved my problem and refund my balance.

कंपनी द्वारा ग्राहकों को इस तरह लूटना अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है .और अत्यंत मानसिक तनाव देने वाला है ..
अत : मेरा अनुरोध है की इस सेवा को तुरंत हटा कर मेरे 60 रु मुझको अतिशीघ्र वापस किये जाये .

150 on 17th april @ 7 pm in which got Rs 170 balance when i check the
balance on 18th april morning the balance shows zero and then i called
to customercare the executive repled that the total amount has been
used for internet uses.but the mobile which i am using there is no
apps which can be used data balance.i want to know the details for
which site the data has been used and in what time.Need to check this
issue asap and refund my balance
Company is doing wrong deduction with my mobile number [protected], I day I got message you activate video talkies VAS and do deduction of ₹30 without my confirmation. I send MSG stop to 155223 to deactivate VAS. The reply come that no any VAS ACTIVE ON you number. But on 17may2015 I recharge my number with ₹70 they again do deduction by given same reason. I TRY to file complaints in customer care but they not attainding my number. What now I do, so i complain to you with regarding my problem.
