[Resolved]  Aircel Easy Recharge Online — amount debited but not recharged

I recharged my aircel no [protected] online amt Rs.299 on aircel.com via city bank through my bank of india debit card.My bank reported me by sms about deduction Rs299 in f/o POS-AIRCL LTD-MUMBAI CI on[protected].But aircel reporting me of not having any transactions.Please suggest me what to do.
