*** Fake 3G speed plans from Aircel - No resolution in last 3 months on complain ID - 1-[protected]. I tried to contact Aircel sales executive, Aircel customer care L1, L2 team but there is only a response that your complain is open but no resolution yet. ****

I am from Bangalore circle.
3 months ago one Aircel sales executive offered me an Aircel postpaid 3G plan (dongle plan) of Rs. 499. According to that plan, he said that I'll get up to 3.2 Mbps speed until my data usage will reach to 3 GB and post that speed will decrease to 128 Kbps. I purchased that plan and started using Aircel services.

From very first day of service, I notice that speed was so poor that even I was not able to open my mail properly. Most frequently speed was between 20 kbps to 30 kbps (but sometime 296 kbps). I called to customer care and and registered complain ID - 1-[protected]. After 1 day I got call from Aircel to confirm current speed status, that time I checked that speed was good and provide my feedback. But After 1 hour issue reoccurred. I again called to customer care and again same thing repeated. This time I told them speed is good now but this issue reoccurred after feedback call, so resolve it permanently. From that time I am continuously following up with Aircel team but there is no resolution. I post the same complain on Aircel home page complain portal but there was no response mail/call. I also tried to reach Aircel customer care L2 level manager (Supratim Das), but he said that complain ID - 1-[protected] is open for it and we are looking into it. He also said that they will contact me within 24 hours with some update, but again there is no update/resolution response from Aircel. Even there didn't contact me.

Can you please tell me that:

Is there any specific time limit to resolve any customer complain query as I am following up from last 3 months.
For how long time you want to keep open this complain ID - 1-[protected] without any action.
What about last 3 months bill charges which were paid by me for a such service/plan which was never provided to me?

I purchased the plan because Aircel commited to provide me a speed of 3.2 mbps, but I never get that speed and in last 3 months there is no resolution on my complain (complain ID - 1-[protected]), and complain ID is still in open state. I want to make one thing very clear that further I am not going to make any payment for any such service/plan which was never provided to me by Aircel. I'll start paying bill only after issue resolution and once Aircel will start providing me committed service level. Please don't send me any bill for such service which is not being provided by Aircel. Even they are not responding me properly.

Note :

There is no signal problem, signal strength is very good.
Issue remain always (even from that first day of new billing cycle)

Please help me to get resolution on this speed issue. I hope that I'll get a resolution here. Thanks...!

Respected Sir,
I thanks to you for helping me to troubleshoot my problem. Actually, whenever i want to contact with aircel customer care, he did not attend me. Then i fill cheated by aircel, but via your plateform, it had been compulsion for aircel. After that I can get solution ultimately. Once again I give lot of thanks to INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM.

10-15 days ago i come to know that my cricket live scores has been activated.(your customer care executive told me that i activated it).Dailly i am calling four to five times to deactivate it but none of your customer executive solve my problem.SMS is comming from 5234522.My mobile number is [protected].
I can understand your problem but the company always mentions everything very clearly in its terms and conditions. Still you can visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss your problem.

Aircel — Even after three days of billing there is no incoming

I Gaurav Gupta from Kalibari had taken the connection of aircel from last three years. My phone number is [protected] . My credit limit is Rs. 500 but many times my outgoing stopped working at the amount of approximate Rs. 400 Many times I requested them to extend my credit limit but no response from their side. Many times after billing, the connection is remain not working many days & the cellcity is 4km away from my home cant go again & again to remind them towards their duties.

Sir I just want to know that is their not any one who ask them for their such irresponsibility and negligence towards the customer service even this time where there is a huge competition in the market.

Aircel — No Response for any one my complaints

Aircel is very worst service provider for GSM Mobile services connection. I have Aircel Postpaid Connection for the past one year. Till now I have given 11 complaints regarding billing, Network problem, Coverage issues Etc..., Specially in billing

Till now no action initiated by them. Even there is no response from the Customer Support Executive. Requesting for your intervention and solve the issue.

I has been a long time to escalate this issue but still there is no resolution on it.

Aircel never called me to ask either there is an improvement in speed or not but they never forget to call me once billing cycle has been completed and ask me to pay me the bill for a service which is never being provided by Aircel.

Aircel Team - I request you to disconnect my Aircel internet services if you can't take any action on speed issue and if you are not able to resolve it (Speedtest result artifact attached).

Dear All - Can anyone suggest me the process to escalate it with TRAI or any other telecom authority so that such fraud can be highlight.

I have raised this complain multiple times with Aircel and requested them to resolve my Internet issue as I was not getting that level of 3G Internet services which was offered by Aircel. After so many followup I asked them to disconnect my 3G Internet services if they can't resolve speed issue and also warn them that I'll not make any bill payment for any such service which was never provided (check last comments on this complain). I have already made useless payments for more than 3 months in a hope that my issue will be resolved but no resolution.

Now without any service they are continuously sending me bills and calling me for bill payment.

When no service was provided by Aircel then what is the meaning of sending me bills. Please support and let me know how can I escalate it to right authority. Aircel is sending me bills for fake services. Also I want action against that payment which I made to Aircel in last months for a such service which was never provided by Aircel.

Please suggest and support.
