[Resolved]  Aircel — gprs plan

my aircel no. [protected] has harrased me a lot. i have recharged a 2g internet plan worth Rs.98/- on 7th march 2013 with the validity of 30 days. it ran very well till 12th march (5days). after that, it's speed get reduced to 1kb/s . i contacted with customer care. they talked very rudely when i mentioned my problem. as well as they didn't solved my problem. again i contacted bt the call has been disconnected without hearing the problem.and now my internet has gone .. it is not working .. again i tried. bt now call is not responded by operator. . they have bocked my call to them. i m very harrased by this problem. i don't how to get my money value back from them.
please please please help me to get rid of it...!! i will be soo grateful to u.. :(
