Dear sir, I have such a bad experience with Aircel gsm mobile company.Its value added services are really bad and pre planned to deduct money and main aim is to earn money without giving exact service and also its customer care excutive are really uneducated by showing mis behaveing attitude towards customer.They disconnect the customer's call without or even don't listen to the customer voice to solve the problem for him. I am really harrased with aircel vas services because these services are not linked to customer satisfaction. I have such a many more experience but now i am telling you one of these bad experience. I am a aircel customer of orissa and my mobile number is [protected]. I have many times activate aircel mou pack by dialing 5300007.Its packs are following type a. 15 minutes at rs5, b. 30 minutes at rs10 c. 50 minutes at rs 15 and at last unlimited minutes at rs 99 by help of which you can able to listen music and set it as your dialer tune according to these above packs.I have many times activate rs 5 and rs 10 pack to listen music for 15 minutes and 30 minutes respectively and upto its fine.But a major drawbacks arises when i activate rs 99 pack. After activation when i call to 5300007 to listen music and set it as my dialer tune. The call gets automatically disconnected in between 1 to 2 seconds on every call and i could not able to listen music to change my dialer tune. Airce deduct rs 99 from my account and giving me such a poor and extremely bad vas service. I think that these type of services are purely made by aircel to create confusion.In other words above 3 types of pack there is a imited time to listen music and after that customer can again subscribe to these pack to listen music therefore its working fine and no disconnection of call but in rs 99 pack there is no limited time and no chance to deduct money again.Aircel has created this type of master plan to forced to the customer to unsubscribe that pack and subscribe again. If aircel not able to solve my problem, i will shift my number to another operator.
