[Resolved] Aircel — Regarding Service activation without proper acknowledgement | |||
Today(31/3/2011) at 11:00 AM I received a call from aircel customer care number([protected]). They inquired my details,and confirmed my number.I said correct. Then they replied that i have won Dialer Tune Pack,so i just want to pay only Rs 60/3 months subscription.They inquire my field of interest in songs for setting the tune. At that time i refused for activation and said 'I am not Interested'.They replied,we are just asking for confirmation.But at the time of holding the call she made a statement your dialer tune will be placed in an hour by deducting 60 rupees and suddenly kept the phone in hold. I tried lot to that number but no use,no one picking that. At last,after an hour dialer tune service is activated by deducting 60 rupees from my account. I got frustrated.But what can i do more than that. Please make this complaint serious,and give me advise to get back my money.
