sir, the customer care office of aircel at Babupatty, Sivasagar town had sold to me one 3G SIM card at Rs.277 on 31.12.2012 which was unable to give 3G network speed after the usage of 100MB data besides i am in a coverage area of 3G network . then , on 08.01.2012 they told me to do another recharge of Rs.127 in the name of proper running of the SIM card.but it was still futile.then they told me to just await till the complain would be registered.after all of this i went to them again today on 17.01.2012 and they asked me to buy another new connection of 3G aircel pocket internet, ensuring about that there was no problem with the new connection. but this SIM card is still showing same problem . So, it is total customer harassment in the purpose of selling damaged old SIM card. Was this information helpful? | |||
