For last one month I am trying to move my mobile number from Aircel to AirTel as Aircel service and customer service is the worst and junk one.
Airtel customer care clearly mentioned that the Aircel will intentionally reject and maintain a credit above the outstanding balance.
I am maintaining from the day I have applied for the Mobile number porting.
My first request was rejected mentioning "Request Rejected by Donor as this post-paid subscriber has outstanding payments due", though I was maintaining 100 rs in excess.
I had sent a mail to the Aircel customer care "[protected]@aircel.co.in" (ERN-657427-FKRT6K) and they replied after 4 days.
Their response is that re-create a port in request. Nothing else and the there is no justification.
Again I asked Airtel to send a request for porting. The same thing is repeating again. These junk Aircel is rejecting my request.
