[Resolved] Aircel — Internet Very Slow | |||
For Suggestion Call to This Number [protected] I have a Aircel prepaid connection no.[protected] . I have 128 unlimited internet scheme activated on it. 3G Pocket Internet Smart In that package they specified like that after 3.6 Mbps with 500 MB the speed will reduced to 128 Kbps. But the speed of browsing is reduced to 32 Kbps. But I have a problem regarding its internet speed. The speed is too slow, i.e. even I can't check my mail ID. It's take too much time to open any web page. But mostly i get a pager error message. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is it not stable all the time or only at certain hours? Why I ask is because at times the connection gets slower at peak hours, just like the internet, although if you try accessing the web at times when the traffic is not too much the speed is definite to get faster. Although if the problem persists always, you must take the matter to their customer care or simply drop in at one of their stores, im sure they will easily help you out then.
Aircel is one of the worst GPRS service provider in India. I have purchase a new aircel simcard for using the pocket internet, however from the very first day it is giving me an error network not available (J&K) I tried calling their customer care but it was of no use as they are also useless not able to help . the only answer one gets from them is you will be called within 24 hours and that call never comes and if it comes it again does not help.
my advice to aircel is to STOP cheating customer by showing the Doni's AD's on TV you can't improve your service. you are worst and u will remain so.
