Since last 7 days i called costomer care but nn use. It is disgusting. Pse someone kiod to hel. Gprs working in mobile, not connecting to pc. i tried many setting i.e.= country-india/ blank, isp-other/ blank, apn-aircelweb/aircelwebpost/aircelwap etc, phone number-*99# / blank. WINDOWS XP, ANTI VIRUS UNINSTALLED, PC Suit get conected. Shows error 720. Unable to connect remote computer. Contact network provider HOPE AIRCEL (J & K)DO NOT CARE. it’s really a strange situation my friend. I would suggest just get to the nearest Aircel store and speak the technical guys there and also mention the error 720 you are gtting on your PC. I am sure you would get a solution to your problem at the earliest.

my SIMcard regd.no. is [protected], on sending any message it shows message failed, by direct calling to customer care it is always busy moreoverc/c officer ignore my callby making line busy. even ican't know about my balance, pl. tell me the procedure how to close my SIM card i"m sorry to say idon:t need such type of service

I had a aircel prepaid sim card in life time . bearing no [protected] after re documentation with Rs 24/-. it has expaired its life time tarrif, but i want to it in stay in life time while re documentation was submitted and also told aircel official. but why this mistake happend with me who will responsible. now the out going and incomming both are disconnected even though having rs. 15/-
