internet of aircel in 98

Hi,
I am satyajit i am a user of aircel from 10 month when just aircel lunch in delhi i am mainly taking te same for only in;ternet connection but now i am facing more problem to log in same .......

DOWNLOADING SPEED is too low it comes 1kb/sec...
