[Resolved] Aircel — DAILER TONE ACTIVATE WITHOUT PERMISSION | |||
Respected sir, My name is santosh Pandey & mobile number is [protected] (MP), service provider AIRCEL, Sir, AIRCEL activate value added services ( Dialer tone) without my permission, any type of request and deducted Rs 41/- ( as per customer care) ,i had talk to customer care they told me if you registered your complaint in 48 hour so i take it otherwise no, then after send mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in & nodalofficer.[protected]@aircel.co.in dtd[protected] but they have no replay . basic problem is sir i am working in MAHARASHTRA and after 1 or 2 month come in Madhya Pradesh then use this number, my meaning is how to get information about any value added service activation and balance deduction without my permission while my sim is not in phone(Maharastra). Customer care told me this is system mistake, I ask to you system not give balance without any recharge why ? for example Banks are handling & maintain lot of transaction and accounts but there system is not make such type of mistake why in regular basis ?. Please take strictly action & charge penalty against such type of mall practices for getting more profit use public pocket in illegal way & Refund my Balance. And second is sir please issue to guideline this company registered customer complaint after then 48 hour's. for example if a person for 5 day's in hospitalise in serious case what is his first priority medical or company 48 hours rules.
